Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable after 14 days of your initial order. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of the billing period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VortexOut. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VortexOut makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service.
In no event shall VortexOut be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
VortexOut reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the VortexOut website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
